Chula Vista Kia is looking to add a Sales Manager to our team. Inthis position you will contribute to the success of Kaizen Automotive Group by developing Sales efficiencies and processes. This individual will implement best business practices to reflect the “Kaizen Way”.

Ideal candidates are enthusiastic self-starter with a passion for customer, consistently and profitably to meet vehicle sales quotas while focusing on team member satisfaction and creating the best experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceeds monthly sales forecast objectives
  • Establishes sales quotas and manages overall sales goals
  • Provides timely and accurate sales reports on all activities as needed
  • Monitors and adjusts fleet inventory as needed
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with local businesses and retail consumers
  • Assist in closing deals if necessary
  • Enhance customer satisfaction during the entire purchase experience
  • Hires, trains, and monitors team member performance
  • Prospecting and qualifying new fleet accounts and retail customers
  • Works with the Finance Department to develop and coordinate best practices for the most efficient and effective sales approach
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • 3+ years Automotive Sales Management experience
  • Sales Experience with verifiable proof of meeting targets
  • Confident and outgoing personality
  • CDK experience
  • Strong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Experience in researching and ordering
  • Highly professional and dependable
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Other duties may be assigned by management

Pay: Commission Based $120K+ per year
